Add "is any" or "is none" to the logic options

It seems like it would be very common for us to need logic to do something if an answer just has any answer at all or no answer at all. Currently you can't do that. You have to choose "includes" or "doesnt" include and select every single answer. Which then means if you ever add any new answers, you have to remember to to go back and add them to all of those logics.
We need something that just covers it from the top level.
Has any answer
Has no answer.
I made a screen recording to go over this in depth on a very complicated logic and why this option MUST be added.
In this example, we want a hidden image to show only when two different questions have any answer and not show if both dont have an answer. One question has 13 answers, the other 23 answers.
Currently the only way to make this work is to have a "turn on" logic and "turn off" logic for every single combination of those answer.
676 different logics to make this happen for us.
If you just added the "is any" or "is none" options, we would only need 2.
