We offer many sizes over a wide range of sizes of product and unfortunately the way we had to build the logic and layers, the DPI check is not done at the product size the user chooses. As such, we cannot use the DPI check to warn customers of artwork issues. Can we get the DPI check to work on the exact size product question answer that the customer selected? Can we also have various levels of DPI check results like, EXCELLENT, GOOD, FAIR, POOR or something like that with a help pop-up that helps the customer understand what to do next.
