As a business owner, I create and distribute promo codes for various reasons. Some are free product codes for sponsored customers or raffle winners. Others are Black Friday deals for those who post on social media about our products or for specific customers who have run into issues to give them more reason to come back. The current automatic discounts supported by kickflip do not allow for these scenarios. As a result we have had to put a disclaimer on all our Kickflip products and have to continue to support duplicate Wix products to allow for the use of those codes.

I agree. This seems like it should be an existing functionality. I currently have to manually refund the customer for coupon codes.

This is really impacting my baseball business as we cannot offer discounts to customized products on our platform. Is their a timeline to get this fixed?
