Design Studio content always renders on top of the product, and it isn't listed in the Layers panel, so merchants can't move it in the stack. They'd like to reorder it like any other layer, for example placing it at the bottom so other product layers (overlays, straps, shading, etc.) sit on top of the customer's design.
