I would like a clearer follow-up of the designs made and abandoned. Maybe with check boxes to confirm that the design has been processed or that we have a notification when the configurator has been used. We have a complex product that customers cannot necessarily buy at the moment, so it is important for us to be able to recontact people who have abandoned their design.
