Let's say I customizer 50 t-shirts. It will be added as 1 product containing 50 items instead of 50 items in my cart.

It'd be great if the client could upload other files than images such as mp3, wav, text files, videos, gifs, etc.

I would like to receive an email notification when I receive a new quote request.

I am unsure if this is delayed or not functional but I submitted a quote and I didn't get an email confirmation as a company that a new quote came in, this means unless I go to kickflip and see the orders, I have no way of knowing that there are any incoming ones.

I need to assign a SKU to a combination of options, as you do in the inventory section of Kickflip. When someone orders that combination of options, when the order is placed, it needs to result in that item being output with a SKU (the one assigned in the inventory section). This is because the orders go directly into our CRM but can only be relayed if the SKU matches one valid on our system. It won’t work with the random string of numbers from Kickflip.

This Act applies to all eCommerce websites trading in the EU and websites need to adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Just wondering how this impacts on the customisation of products : )

Opening the Kickflip configurator for the first time (no cached data) on a Shopify store takes sometimes multiple seconds within Germany. Since speed really matters for conversion, I would like to suggest that the configuration data is stored within one or more JSON files within the Shopify Liquid theme of the store. Maybe the not so fast loading speed has something to do with the service being located in the US.

Change the grey line for another colour. Change the colour of the arrow or make it bigger. UX client try to scroll down instead of click on 'select'. Change the 'add to cart' button so when a required question isn't answered, clients see easily that they are missing a step. Or make a required question obvious on mobile to clients. Scroll sideways instead of scroll down through the customization options. I would like it if there was an X beside the description pop-ups in mobile because it is not natural for me to click on it to hide it.
